Additional information

Prices are for the property per week in euros. 

Included maid service on weekly basis: twice a week. On weekend and midweek maid will be provided if required by client. Cost of 10 euros per hour. 

Supermarket shopping before arrival available if required.

Changeover day: Flexible. Entrance after 5:00 pm & departure before 10:00 am.
Weekends: entrance: Friday after 4:00 pm & departure: Sundays before 10:00 am. 

€750,00 (900,00€ if 4 or more children) in cash is required at the entrance as a security deposit, wich shall be returned whithin two weeks after of departure by bank transfer. 

The cost of the air conditioning and central heating & dryer will be charged additionally.

Booking: A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm a booking: This amount shall be paid by Banking transference - please note that transfers must be net of all bank charges.. The remainder amount will be paid in cash at arrival at the villa.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations of more than one month in advance there will a charge of 50%. Up to one month will charge an additional 25%.
